As a Prosci-certified change manager, I help my individual and organizational clients navigate the waters of uncertainty when they unintentionally encounter or plan for change. These can be unplanned changes for individuals that have led to a termination of employment or planned organizational changes such as re-structuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic plan fulfillment, and driving cultural change.
