Throughout my almost 2 decades of progressive human resources experience, I have found meaning and purpose in my work, and help individuals, teams, and organizations develop and take intentional action toward their identified goals. I have found a calling with coaching, and utilize evidence-based, data-driven assessments to help individuals and teams recognize and leverage what truly makes them unique to engender self-awareness.
